Simple Pleasures does not accept cash on delivery or payment via credit card, cheque or money order. All website orders must be paid by Electronic Banking Transfer. Following the placement of an order via email, Simple Pleasures will then reply the email order within 24-hour to inform you of the payment account/procedure as well as to confirm the order. Orders will be processed and dispatched, subject to product availability. It is extremely important that order must contain correct and complete information. Should you enter the wrong address, for example, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address.

Simple Pleasures will only dispatch the products upon receipt of cleared funds. The products remain the property of Simple Pleasures until full payment is received. All orders for which payment is not received within 7 working days will be cancelled.

Prices are quoted in Singapore dollars.

All prices are correct at the time of online publication. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to rectify prices quoted in the invoice, if found to be incorrect.

Delivery - Postage Costs & Products
Delivery/Postage charges apply based on product weight as well as to the same address. Sending products to a number of addresses will require separate orders with individual delivery charges. Some large, bulky or heavy orders may require an adjustment to quoted postage costs. If this is the case we will contact you prior to posting to finalise the order and arrange postage. Alternatively, you may prefer to email details of the products required prior to purchase and we will provide a final postage cost.

Please note that orders within Singapore are sent via Singapore Post. All Singapore orders should include a Singapore delivery address and contact details. Please allow up to a maximum estimated days for delivery. Normal postage will take up to 2 days by Singapore Post.

All products are examined prior to posting to ensure they are sent in good condition. They are packaged carefully to ensure minimal chance of damage during transit. Simple pleasures will not accept responsibility for the any loss, damage or security of a package delivery. Should you require speed post or registered post, please indicate in your email order. Additional charges for speed post and registered post to be borne by Customers.

International orders are sent by standard Post unless otherwise requested. Additional charges may apply.

Delivery Delays
All products are promoted in good faith to be available at the time of ordering. Unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in dispatching your order we will contact you to advise you of the reason for the delay.

Amendments, Cancellations of Orders
Simple Pleasures starts working on your order as soon as it is placed to get it posted as quickly as possible. As a result, Simple Pleasures does not accept cancellations or amendments to the order especially after the email order confirmation sent by Simple Pleasures.

Returns and Refunds
All goods sold are not returnable or refundable.
